Seller

These terms apply to orders and waitlist requests with Turner Essentials LLC on needturner.com. Our live commerce section today is Olights (authorized dealer). By requesting a waitlist spot, pre-order, or purchase, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

We list and sell at official MSRP only. Catalog prices are shown in USD for reference. Final price is confirmed before payment.

Availability & sold-out mode

In the Olights section, when an item shows sold out, it is not available for immediate purchase. We do not offer PayPal Buy Now or other instant checkout on empty stock. You may join a waitlist or request a pre-order by emailing edward@needturner.com. Coming-soon hub sections are not available for purchase yet.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders ship when stock arrives. We will communicate expected timing as best we can; dates may change based on supplier availability. Payment is arranged before shipment unless we agree otherwise in writing by email.

Sales territory

We sell to customers in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Authenticity

We sell genuine Olight products sourced as an authorized dealer. We are not Amazon, eBay, or a marketplace reseller page — orders go through Turner Essentials LLC directly.

Payment

Payment methods are confirmed by email after stock (or pre-order) is verified. Do not send payment until we confirm availability and next steps.

Warranties

Product warranties are provided by Olight under their published terms. Turner Essentials LLC is the seller for order support; manufacturer warranty claims follow Olight’s process. Contact edward@needturner.com if you need help locating the right channel.
